Oslo, 30 April 2020 - Panoro Energy ASA (the "Company" or "Panoro" with OSE
ticker: PEN) publishes its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year
ended 31 December 2019, which is now available on the Company's website

There are no major changes compared to the 2019 net results presented in the
Company's Q4 2019 report.
