| This notification is being prepared by Stichting Bewaarder GFC on behalf of Stichting Bewaarder GFC and Gran Fondo Capital B.V. due to the Catella shares having been transferred from Stichting Bewaarder GFC to Gran Fondo Capital B.V. (wholly owned subsidiary of Stichting Bewaarder GFC) on 12 December 2024. However, the ultimate control of the voting rights in Catella as previously reported, where Rorema Beheer B.V. is controlling the voting rights in Catella, has not changed by virtue of the transaction now being reported. Gran Fondo Capital is a mutual fund where the Fund Manager (Rorema Beheer B.V.) is responsible for determining and executing on the investment policy, and the depositary (Stichting Bewaarder GFC) was the legal owner of the investments before the transfer of the shares to Gran Fondo Capital B.V. |
