Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA

Please find attached the Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA. The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28 May 2020 at 10.00 a.m. in the company's facilities at Storebø in the municipality of Austevoll.

Due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19 and the advice from the Norwegian government in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the general meeting by using the enclosed proxy form.

The Notice will be posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders. Notice of General Shareholders' Meeting and related documents are also available at www.auss.no.
