Mandatory notification of trade - Share program for employees

Today, Protector Forsikring ASA has transferred 101,162 own shares to employees at price of NOK 33.25 per share.

The transfer is related to the company's new share purchase program where all permanent employees have been given the opportunity to buy shares for up to NOK 50,000 with a 20% discount, limited up to NOK 3,000. A bonus share will be awarded for every fifth share held for two years.

After this transaction, Protector Forsikring ASA owns 4,269,376 shares.
