CEO Hans-Petter Mellerud in Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris”) has today sold 200,000 shares in Zalaris at NOK 37.00 per share through his wholly owned investment company Norwegian Retail AS. Norwegian Retail AS owns a total of 2,891,482 shares in Zalaris after the transaction. The reason for the sale is for Mr. Mellerud to free up capital to pay wealth tax on his investments.

Adele Norman Pran, a Board member of Zalaris, has today bought 20,000 shares in Zalaris at NOK 37.00 per share through her wholly owned investment company Betnik AS. Betnik AS owns a total of 20,000 shares in Zalaris after the transaction.

Erik Langaker, nominated as a Board member of Zalaris for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 May, has today bought 100,000 shares in Zalaris at NOK 37.00 per share through his wholly owned investment company Vestland Invest AS. Vestland Invest AS owns a total of 743,159 shares in Zalaris after the transaction. Mr. Langaker will be a primary insider of Zalaris from the date of his election as a Board member of Zalaris.
