Summons of bondholders' meeting
The company hereby summons for a bondholders' meeting for outstanding bond loan HYARD01 PRO with request for covenant waivers and postponed payment. Please see attached summons of bondholders' meeting for further details. The bondholders' meeting will be held on 10 June 2020.
