Photocure ASA - share capital increase registered
Oslo, Norway, 27 May 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Photocure ASA ("Photocure") published 25 May 2020 regarding a share capital increase following the exercise of employee share options.
The issuance of 123,750 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of Photocure is NOK 12,049,887.50 divided on 24,099,775 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.50.
