Director buys shares in Panoro Energy ASA
Oslo, 29 May 2020 - Panoro Energy ASA (the "Company" or "Panoro" with OSE
Ticker: PEN) announces that Garrett Soden, Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has on 28 May 2020 purchased 15,400 shares at NOK 9.45 each. After the
transaction, Mr. Soden owns 25,408 shares in the Company.
