Annual General Meeting
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of Otello Corporation ASA was held on Tuesday
June 2, 2020 at Schjødt law-firm, Ruseløkkveien 14, Oslo, Norway. All proposals
on the agenda were approved by the meeting. The signed minutes from the Annual
General Meeting are enclosed.
