Kahoot! - Key information relating to bonus issue of shares
[3 June 2020] – The board of directors of Kahoot! AS (the "Company") has on 25 May 2020 proposed a bonus issue to be resolved by the general meeting on 8 June 2020 whereby 258,718,992 new shares will be issued. Each shareholder will receive two new shares for each existing share held by the shareholder as per 8 June 2020 (as registered in the Norwegian Central Depository (VPS) on 10 June 2020). In the bonus issue, NOK 25,871,899.20 will be transferred from distributable reserves to share capital of the Company. Following the bonus issue, the share capital of the Company will be NOK 38,807,848.80 divided into 388,078,488 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
