Hunter Group ASA - Hunter Disen Delivered

Hunter Tankers AS (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group

ASA, is pleased to announce that the delivery process of "Hunter Disen" (NB No.

5466) was successfully completed today at 0200 CET. Hunter Disen is the fifth of

seven identical ECO design VLCC newbuildings from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine

Engineering ("DSME") in South Korea. The remaining two vessels are scheduled to

be delivered in July and August 2020. Hunter Disen commenced it's six-month time

charter ("TC") immediately following delivery from the yard.
