As of 9 June 2020, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. ("SCWF") has disposed 700,000 shares, resulting in a shareholding of 4,893,107, amounting to 4.84% of outstanding shares. Please see the attached schedule A for transaction details.

SCWF previously disclosed (as of 14 May 2020) a shareholding of 5,593,107 shares (5.65% of outstanding shares).

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 14 May 2020 included SCWF's holdings.
