Reference is made to today’s announcement by Kongsberg Automotive ASA regarding its extraordinary general meeting held as of today, June 15th 2020.

Nordea Funds Ltd has acquired 1,324,473,728 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 0.10 per share in the Private Placement. The Shares represent, and Nordea Fund Ltd will own, 17.78% of share capital in the Company following registration and completion of the Capital Decrease and Private Placement.

Due to the delegation of voting rights of Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest, Nordea Funds Ltd. will in total manage 17.97% of voting rights in the Company.

This notification is made pursuant to section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
