Treasure ASA: Reference to AGM decision to cancel 465.000 own shares

Reference is made to AGM decision to cancel 465.000 own shares. Due to an administrative oversight, Treasure ASA was unable to meet a required deadline at the Brønnøysund Register Centre to validate the change to its Articles of Association and the technical cancellation of these shares. To repair the technicality, considering that the company bought further 2,5 mill shares on 12 May 2020, the Company will propose to the AGM 2021 to cancel all the shares it holds at year-end 2020 (currently 2,965 mill shares). The total outstanding number of shares remains at 217.800.000.
