New postponement of annual report

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 6 February 2020 regarding financial reporting for Q4 2019, including also the annual report 2019, as well as the stock exchange announcement on 28 April and 5 June 2020 regarding postponed publication of the annual report for 2019.

The annual report for 2019 was scheduled to be published on 30 June 2020 with the annual general meeting to be held on 21 July 2020. As a result of uncertainty in certain valuation items related to debt negotiations in the subsidiary Havyard Ship Technology AS (cf. stock exchange annoucement of 11 February 2020), the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2019 to 3 July 2020, and further to postpone the annual general meeting until 24 July 2020.
