Veidekke ASA: To build for Felleskjøpet at Gardermoen

Veidekke Logistikkbygg has signed a contract with Olav Thon Eiendom (Gardermoen

Park AS) for the construction of Felleskjøpet's new central warehouse at

Gardermoen. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 181 million, excluding VAT.

major logistics project. The commission is a perfect fit in our strategy of

developing and constructing non-residential buildings under turnkey contracts.

We look forward to embarking on the task and to an exciting and fruitful

construction process together with Felleskjøpet and Olav Thon," says general

manager Roar Kristiansen of Veidekke Logistikkbygg AS.

The building construction will be approximately 23,600 m[2] BTA and will be

constructed at Gardermoen in Ullensaker municipality. Construction work starts

after the holidays and the project will be completed in 18 months.

The entire property is 6 hectares, with a warehouse building of 20,000 m[2] with

automated solutions and other adaptations for goods and goods flow, 2,600 m[2]

of cold storage for small machines/equipment, and 25,000 m[2] outdoors for the

storage of machines.
