Trondheim, 2 July 2020 – Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 29 June 2020. OKEA ASA (the “Company”) has been informed by the Bond Trustee that the bondholders’ meetings in OKEA02 and in OKEA03 summoned by a group of bondholders to be held on 2 and 7 July 2020 (see attached) respectively, have been cancelled.
