Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel AS on 25 June 2020 regarding key information on the share split as resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting today, 3 July 2020.

Split ratio: 1 old share will give 10 new shares

Last day inclusive right to have 1 share traded into 10 shares: 6 July 2020

Ex-date: 7 July 2020

Record date: 8 July 2020

Date of approval: 3 July 2020
