Miami, FL, July 17th, 2020

Peter Skou, deputy board member in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, has on July 17th, 2020 sold 180,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA through Okpas Invest ApS, a company controlled by Peter Skou, at an average price per share of NOK 120.0. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to pay taxes on unrealized capital gains, as required by Danish tax rules.

Following the transaction, Peter Skou controls a total of 667,559 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, corresponding to 0.9% of the outstanding shares and votes.
