Reference is made to the announcement by Kongsberg Automotive ASA ("KOA") on 27 July 2020 regarding completion of the subsequent offering in KOA with gross proceeds of NOK 300 million approved by KOA’s shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 June 2020 (the "Subsequent Offering").

Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios"), represented on the board of directors of KOA has on 27 July 2020, subscribed to and been allocated 695,400,000 shares in the Subsequent Offering. The subscription price is NOK 0.10 per share.

Consequently, Teleios controls through Teleios Global Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd. 2,419,246,758 shares and votes in KOA, corresponding to 23.16% of the issued share capital (assuming all shares allocated in the Subsequent Offering being issued).
