Otello Corporation ASA calling notice for Extraordinary General Meeting

Reference is made to the request by Sand Grove for an extraordinary general

meeting. The meeting will be held on 4 September 2020 at 0900 CET. Please find

attached the calling notice with appendices, which also include separate

recommendations from the Nomination Committee with respect to the proposals made

by Sand Grove.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are asked to provide proxies rather
