Barclays plc, of 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP, England, a company incorporated in England and Wales, would like to make the following notification in our own name and on behalf of our wholly-owned subsidiary Barclays Bank Plc. On 14 August 2020, Barclays returned 18,381,122 shares which were re-hypothecated from a client account. As a result, Barclays now holds less than 5% shares of AWILCO LNG AS.
