Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has been notified that the following primary insiders today, 20 August 2020, have purchased shares in the company:

Michel Sagen (Chair of Board and co-founder) has purchased 5,900 shares at an average price of 84.22 NOK through Sagen Telecom AS. After these transactions, Michel Sagen controls 1,542,964 shares through Sagen Telecom AS.

Per Haug Kogstad (Board Director and co-founder) has purchased 5,900 shares at an average price of 84.22 NOK through Bjøberg Eiendom AS. After these transactions, Per Haug Kogstad controls 4,059,775 shares through direct ownership and Bjøberg Eiendom AS.

Kjell Skappel (Board Director) has purchased 5,900 shares at an average price of 84.22 NOK through his wholly owned company, Radka Invest AS. Stavanger Venture AS, where Kjell Skappel has a 36% ownership and is the CEO, has also purchased 11,800 shares at an average price of 84.22 NOK. After these transactions, Radka Invest holds 5,900 shares and Stavanger Venture AS holds 4,967,940 Pexip shares. In addition, Skappel is CEO of T.D. Veen AS, which holds 2,688,746 Pexip shares.

Tom-Erik Lia (Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder) has purchased 5,900 shares at an average price of 84.22 NOK through Lia Investments Limited. After these transactions Tom-Erik Lia controls 1,575,123 shares through Lia Investments Limited.
