Veidekke ASA: To renovate property in Hagastaden, Stockholm

The Veidekke subsidiary Arcona has been commissioned to reconstruct and renovate

the property Skålen 24 in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

The client is Scius Partners, and the contract value is SEK 400 million.

The property developer and contractor Arcona, which operates in Stockholm and

Uppsala, Sweden, was acquired by the Veidekke group at year-end 2013.
