Dividend payment
On 16 April 2020, the annual general meeting of Norske Skog ASA (i) approved a payment of dividend in the amount of NOK 3.25 to the shareholders as of the date of the annual general meeting, and (ii) authorised the board of directors to approve a second dividend payment of NOK 3.00 at such time determined by the board of directors.
The board of directors have today approved payment of such second dividend payment of NOK 3.00.
