GJF: New employee representative in the Board

GJF: New employee representative in the Board

Lotte Kronholm Sjøberg has left her position as employee representative in the

Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA with effect from 1 September 2020. There has

been a supplementary list election of a new employee representative to the

Board, and Sebastian Buur Gabe Kristiansen is today elected as new employee

representative, with effect from 1 September 2020.The Board now consists of the

following members:
