Kongsberg Automotive ASA – Vesting and Exercise of Restricted Stock Units by Primary Insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published byKongsbergAutomotive ASA(the "Company") on 10 August 2020 and 17August 2020 regarding the purchase of treasuryshares to satisfythe long-termincentive program(LTI) needs. The LTI programis described in the binding part of company's Statement of Remuneration which was approved bythe Annual General Meeting 30 June 2020.
