The following primary insiders have been allocated shares in the Private Placement:

• Johan E. Andreassen, Chairman of the Board, and Bjørn-Vegard Løvik, chairman of the nomination committee, have been allocated 239,691 shares through Alsco AS (a company jointly owned by Johan E. Andreassen and Bjørn-Vegard Løvik). Following completion of the Private Placement, Alsco AS will hold 9,699,540 shares in the Company. In addition, Johan E. Andreassen (personally and through related company JEA Invest AS) holds 1,073,770 shares in the Company and 111,188 share options.
• Runar Vatne, Board member, has been allocated 502,778 shares through controlled company Vatne Equity AS. Following completion of the Private Placement, Runar Vatne and related parties will hold 4,552,778 shares in the Company.
• Alexander Reus, Board member, has been allocated 100,000 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Alexander Reus will hold 1,523,351 shares in the Company.
• Andre Skarbø, Board member, has been allocated 88,727 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Andre Skarbø and related parties will hold 801,206 shares in the Company.
• Tone Bjørnov, Board member, has been allocated 2,000 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Tone Bjørnov will hold 3,750 shares in the Company.
• Thue Holm, Chief Technology Officer, has been allocated 25,000 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Thue Holm and related parties will hold 694,699 shares in the Company and 37,845 share options.
• Svein Taklo, Chief Development and Infrastructure Officer, has been allocated 2,000 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Svein Taklo and related parties will hold 13,558 shares in the Company and 35,000 share options.
• Dharma Rajeswaran, Chief Operating Officer, has been allocated 1,000 shares. Following completion of the Private Placement, Dharma Rajeswaran will hold 11,000 shares in the Company and 50,000 share options.
