Notice from Bondholders' Meeting and information regarding payments

Today a Bondholders' Meeting was held pursuant to summons to Bondholders' Meeting of 28 August 2020 (the "Summons").

There were sufficient Bondholders present at the Bondholders' Meeting to form a quorum. The Proposal obtained 100 % of the votes, and the Proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement. The Bond Agreement will therefore be changed as set out in the Summons.

The interest for the period from and including 14 September 2020 to, but excluding 14 December 2020 and the Amendment Fee (as defined in the Summons) will be paid together and settled in cash as follows:

Interest rate: 10.48803 % p.a. (91/360 days) (2.65115 % of the Nominal Amount)

Record Date: 15 September 2020

Payment Date: 17 September 2020
