Correction: Increase of share capital following exercise of employee share options
Reference is made to the announcement on 11 September 2020 "Increase of share capital following exercise of employee share options"
Karl Hantho (President Americas) who has subscribed for 26,160 shares at a subscription price per share of NOK 11.85 and following this will hold 373,740 shares and rights to 344,632 shares.
The previous notice overstated the number of shares held by Karl Hantho following the exercise.
