Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered
Miami, FL, September 16, 2020
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on September 10, 2020 regarding completion of a private placement of 8,877,451 new shares.
The share capital increase relating to the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 887,745.10 through issuance of 8,877,451 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
The new share capital is NOK 8,016,355.10 divided by 80,163,551 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
The new shares will be admitted to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange immediately after the new shares have been issued in the VPS, which will be completed as soon as possible.
