Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") on 11 September 2020 regarding completion of the private placement of 8.6 million new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of NOK 602 million.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Share capital: NOK 1,345,435.50

Number of shares: 134,543,550
