Pexip – New share capital registered

Oslo, 21 September 2020:

Reference is made to the announcement on 11 September 2020 regarding issuance of new shares by Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or the "Company", OSE ticker "PEXIP") in connection with exercise of employee options.

The new share capital pertaining to these new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the share capital of Pexip is NOK 1,523,452.305, comprising 101,563,487 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.015.
