(Oslo, 13 October 2020): Sidsel Hanoa, related party to Kahoot! CEO Eilert Hanoa, has on October 13, 2020 acquired 100 000 shares in Kahoot! AS at price of NOK 55.78 per share. Following this transaction Sidsel Hanoa will hold 400 000 shares in Kahoot! AS.
