NOD: Exercise of employee share options
Employees in Nordic Semiconductor have on October 21, 2020 exercised 208,568 share options. The share options had an average strike price of NOK 44.31. Each share option corresponds to one share.
The underlying shares have been provided by sale of the Company’s holding of treasury shares. The sale of the shares was done by a third party in the market and done at an average price ok NOK 107.64.
In addition, in total 31 596 options have been exercised and the employee has purchased the underlying share. These options had an average strike price of NOK 44.71.
Subsequent to the transaction, Nordic Semiconductor holds 1,819,405 own shares. There will be no share capital increase to cover the exercise of share options.
No primary insiders exercised these share options.
