Cloudberry Clean Energy AS I Primary insider purchases shares

Oslo, Norway, 27 October 2020: Primary insider Viva Investment AS, wholly owned by Tor Arne Pedersen, CDO, has on 27 October 2020 bought 30,000 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy AS at a price per share of NOK 12.50 according to agreement of 5 October 2020. After the transaction Viva Investment AS holds 49,028 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy AS. In addition, Tor Arne Pedersen holds 300,000 independent subscription rights.
