Notice of extraordinary general meeting

BEWi ASA hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 16

November 2020 at 10:00 CET. The notice of the general meeting, including the

board of directors' proposed resolutions, the notice of attendance, proxy form

and form for advance voting, is attached to this notice.

Due to the restrictions imposed or urged by the Norwegian authorities to

decrease the spread of the coronavirus, shareholders are urged to cast their

votes in advance or grant the chair of the company's board of directors an

authorisation with or without voting instructions.
