Approval of prospectus

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 31 October 2020, approved the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2020 (the "Base Prospectus"). The Base Prospectus has been prepared in connection with the re-opening of ENTRA52 G (ISIN NO0010886856) of NOK 500,000,000 as announced 16 September 2020.
