COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE RELATIVAMENTE AL PERIODO 12 DICEMBRE – 13 DICEMBRE 2024

Milano, 16 dicembre 2024 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati a livello globale nel settore fieristico e congressuale, annuncia di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 12 dicembre e il 13 dicembre 2024 n. 71.000 azioni proprie ad un prezzo medio ponderato giornaliero di euro 4,38 per azione per un controvalore di euro 310.733 nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 12 dicembre 2024 e avviato in data 12 dicembre 2024, in seguito all'autorizzazione ottenuta da parte dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti il 23 aprile 2024 e alla deliberazione assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 13 novembre 2024. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato indipendente Equita SIM S.p.A.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 12 DECEMBER– 13 DECEMBER 2024

Milan, 16 December 2024 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 12 December 2024 to 13 December 2024 no. 71,000 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 4.38 for a total countervalue of Euro 310,733 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on 12 December 2024 and launched on 12 December 2024 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2024 and pursuant to the resolution approved on 13 November 2024 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.
