Panoro Energy's Q3 2020 report will be published on Monday, 23 November 2020 and

will be available on our website http://www.panoroenergy.com at 07:30 a.m. CET.

The company will hold a live webinar presentation of the 3Q results at 09:00

a.m. CET on Monday 23 November 2020, during which management will discuss the

results and operations of the third quarter. After conclusion of the discussion,

participants will be invited to ask questions on the Q3 report.
