New lease contract in Møllendalsveien 6-8 in Bergen, start of redevelopment project

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Bergen Municipality on behalf of the

Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) for 5,600 sqm in

Møllendalsveien 6-8 in Bergen. The lease contract has a duration until 2031,

starting in Q4 2021

Møllendalsveien 6-8 was acquired by Entra in Q4 2019. Entra will start a

redevelopment project on the property which is now 44 per cent pre-let.
