Hunter Group ASA - Sale of Hunter Laga completed

Reference is made to the 29 October 2020 announcement made by Hunter Tankers AS
(the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, regarding the
sale of Hunter Saga and Hunter Laga.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has concluded the sale of Hunter Laga
and delivered her to her new owners. Delivery of Hunter Saga is expected during
December.
