PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA – BUY-BACK OF BONDS

Protector Forsikring ASA refer to the announcement on 9 December 2020 about the issuance of a new Tier 2 bond issue in the amount of NOK 500 million. In connection with the issuance, the company will buy back NOK 241 million in PROTCT02 (ISIN NO 0010762917).

Both transactions will have settlement on 16 December 2021.
