Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Volue AS (the "Company") on 19 November 2020 regarding the acquisition of Likron GmbH ("Likron"). The share capital increase pertaining to the new shares in the Company to be issued as settlement for the acquisition of Likron has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's share capital has been increased by NOK 337,124.8 through the issuance of 842,812 new shares. After this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 57,431,050.40 divided on 143,577,626 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
