Harald Arnet, member of the Kahoot AS board, is a CEO and member of the board of Datum AS and a member of the board of Datum Opportunity AS.

Jan Haudemann-Andersen owns 100% of the shares in Datum Opportunity AS and Datum AS.

Datum Opportunity AS has today bought 28,000,000 shares in Kahoot AS from Datum AS at NOK 65.00 per share.

After the above transactions Datum AS holds 18,247,610 and Datum Opportunity AS holds 28,000,000 shares in Kahoot AS.

The Datum Group holds an unchanged number of 52,130,865 shares in Kahoot AS after the above transactions.
