Hunter Group ASA - Sale of Hunter Saga completed - Board of Directors propose distribution of NOK 1 per share

Oslo, 17 December 2020

With reference to the press releases issued by Hunter Tankers AS, a wholly owned

subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, dated 29 October 2020 and 23 November 2020, the

company is pleased to announce that the sale of Hunter Saga has been completed

and the vessel has been successfully delivered to her new owners.

In line with previous communication, subject to EGM and creditor approvals, the

board of directors will propose a shareholder distribution of NOK 1.00 per share

through a write-down of paid-in capital.
