Storm Real Estate – Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 21 December 2020

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 20 December 2020 regarding the issuance of shares in Storm Real Estate ASA (the "Company"). The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 180,502,178 new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is 37,867,348.20, divided into 189,336,741 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.
