Major shareholding notification and mandatory notification of trade
On 23 December 2020, Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has been notified that the ownership in Stavanger Venture, a major shareholder in Pexip, will be restructured, thereby affecting its shareholding in Pexip.
Radka Invest AS, where Pexip board member Kjell Skappel holds 100% of the shares and which has previously held 36% of the shares in Stavanger Venture, will after the restructuring hold 100% of the shares in Stavanger Venture. The shares are purchased from T.D. Veen AS (previously 54% ownership) and Synesi AS (previously 10% ownership).
Following the restructuring, T.D. Veen AS, where Kjell Skappel is the CEO, will increase its holdings in Pexip with 2,700,027 shares to 5,388,773 shares. This corresponds to 5.3% of shares in Pexip. Synesi AS will increase its holding in Pexip with 499,955 shares to 1,873,639 shares. Stavanger Venture will after the restructuring hold 1,800,018 shares in Pexip. The total number of shares in Pexip held between the three companies remains unchanged.
Furthermore, primary insider in Pexip Kjell Skappel holds 22,500 shares in Pexip through Radka Invest AS.
