Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 15 December 2020 regarding the share capital increase carried out in connection with the exercise of options under Quantafuel's share option program.

The new share capital and number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Share capital (new): NOK 1,358,262.17

Number of shares (new): 135,826,217

Par value of each share: NOK 0.01
