Employee share purchase program

Zalaris ASA has on 11 January completed the annual share purchase program for

employees.

As part of the program, Zalaris has sold 19,072 own shares to employees at a

subscription price of NOK 40.18 per share. Following the sale Zalaris will hold

484,449 own shares. The shares will be transferred to the employees on or about

31 March 2021. The subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average

share price in the period between 9 December to 30 December 2020, less 20%

discount. To receive the discount the shares have a 12 months lock-up period.
